FAQs
How do I track my order?
We use An Post and UPS for shipping, and you’ll receive a tracking number by email or text once your order is on its way. If you need to change any delivery details, you can contact the carrier directly.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Not necessarily! If you’ve made prior arrangements with the carrier, your delivery can be left at a safe location. For some deliveries, especially those requiring a signature, someone over the age of 18 may need to sign for the package.
