Its curved Lyonnaise shape makes sliding food onto plates effortless—ideal for gently cooking fish, legumes, vegetables, reheating meals, or reducing sauces. The AISI 430 stainless steel base ensures full induction compatibility, and the French-style epoxy-coated handle offers excellent grip.
